Current Activities

Bovis was working steadily throughout the summer and construction is rapidly progressing.The building has permanent power and the curtain wall (windows and zinc panels) continues to be installed. Drywall work should commence in the units over the next month.Meanwhile the kitchen cabinets and closet systems now are arriving at the port in Baltimore.Currently, building occupancy is expected to start in the spring of 2008 and extend into the summer months.
